Monday (Theme: “Be Mindful! Don’t Think About Doing Drugs!”)
- Announcements about this year’s theme will be made during morning announcements.
- All students and staff will receive a Red Ribbon to wear.
- Students and staff will “Be Mindful! Don’t Think About Drugs!” and they will wear their favorite hat or fun headband.
- Student Council and Kindness Club will decorate the school with Red Ribbons.
- The Red Ribbon theme will be on the marque.
Tuesday (Theme: “Be Brave! Be A Buddy, Not A Bully!”/Reach Out Day)
- Drug-Free Life information will be presented on the morning announcements.
- Students and staff may dress alike.
- Students will watch a video about Stop Bullying.
- Counselor will do classroom counseling lessons in various grade levels throughout the week about the districtwide Mental Health Awareness Topic: Bullying.
Wednesday (Theme: “RED-Y For A Drug-Free Life!”/Mental Health Awareness Day)
- Staff and students may wear red.
- Bullying Prevention and Drug-Free Life information will be presented on the morning announcements.
- Counselor will continue classroom counseling lessons about the districtwide Mental Health Awareness Topic: Bullying.
Thursday (Theme: “Give Drugs The Boot!”/Pledge Day)
- Morning announcements will continue to include information about Bullying Prevention and a Drug-Free Life.
- Staff and students may dress in their favorite western wear.
- Bully Prevention and Drug-Free information will be shared on the announcements.
- A poster will be provided for each class to sign.
- Counselor will continue classroom counseling lessons in various grade levels about the districtwide Mental Health Awareness Topic: Bullying.
Friday (Theme: “Our Future Is Bright Drug Free!”)
- Announcements will continue to include information on Bully Prevention and a Drug-Free Life.
- Staff and students may wear their favorite neon colors.
- Counselor will continue classroom counseling lessons in various grade levels about the districtwide Mental Health Awareness Topic: Bullying.
