  • How do I pick up my Diploma?

    Due to the Covid 19 restrictions, we will be unable to handout diplomas at the graduation ceremony on June 14th. 


    You can pick up your Diploma in the Horseshoe at Haltom High on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday, June 15-17th from 5-7pm. 


    If you are unable to pick up at these times, your next opportunity will be on or after July 20th.


    Your True Official Record of Graduation is your Transcript:

    Your official final transcripts can still be requested to be sent to the institution of your choice by going to  Parchment to request it.

  • It's Finally Here!!!


    2019-2020 Yearbook Pickup


    Seniors:  June 10th and 11th from 5pm -7pm (can be picked up during ticket pickup)


    Underclassmen: June 12th

    • A-H from 5pm - 5:30pm
    • I-Q from 5:45pm - 6:16pm
    • R-Z from 6:30pm - 7pm



    Drive into the horseshoe parking lot, but stay in your car!


    Extra books are available, but must be ordered and paid in full through YearbookForever.com (link is down below other announcements).

  • Attention Parents, Guardians, and Students

    If you are planning on applying for a Learner License this summer please be advised that the requirement of needing a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) is waived.  There is no need to contact the counseling office at this time to request one.

  • Graduation Dress is still being strictly enforces this year.   More than anything we want this ceremony to feel as special as possible.  We want to give you all the Pomp and Circumstance as is possible under these circumstances.  One way to do that is to practice the same formal dress requirements as all pf the classes that preceded you. 


    Below are all of the standards of dress as defined by Haltom High School and Birdville ISD.  If you have special needs, please contact your counselor.  They may be able to help.



    Seniors Dress Requirements 


    • Gown (pressed - do this ahead of time because they are severely wrinkled)
    • Only the tassel may be worn on the cap - no other adornments, writings or decorations allowed 
    • School appropriate hair 
    • No flip flops or athletic shoes (black dress shoes only) 
    • No facial piercings of any kind 
    • Nothing worn outside of gown other then cords, medals, sashes issued by the counselors 
    • No bags, back packs or purses 
    • No gum 
    • No cell phones or electronic devices, no ear phones/buds 




    • Black dress shoes (no athletic shoes) 
    • Black hose or tights that cover toes (no exceptions) 
    • Dresses/skirts must be black
    • Dresses/skirts must be school appropriate in length but must not show below the robe 
    • Dresses/shirts must not show above the collar of the gown 
    •  Black slacks with black socks or hose 
    • Top must meet or overlap at waistband of skirt or pants
    • Appropriate jewelry 




    • Black dress shoes (no athletic shoes) o All black cowboy/western boots are acceptable 
    • Black socks
    • Black dress pants (no jeans or shorts) 
    • Black belt  White dress shirt with collar (must be pressed) 
    • Black tie -- no decoration
    • No T-shirts with or without a collar 



    If there are religious reasons preventing you from following these requirements, you must speak Mrs. Sheasley several days before any senior event.

  • Attention Parents/Guardians and Students:


    Progress Reports are ready, but they will not be mailed out.  They are only available online through Skyward.


    Parents/Guardians can log into Skyward and choose "Student Performance" to see a list of of possible report cards to view.  the current one is at the top.  It downloads and opens as a pdf file.


    Note that only grades of "P" or "F" were recorded.

  • Seniors: please record your name pronunciation!


    Click here to be taken to the Name Coach recording site.


    • Can choose to drop middle name completely or just do middle initial. 
    • Can not substitute your official middle name for a nickname.  
    • We will pronounce your as closely as possible to the way their mother/father says it. 
    • If you have two last names on the official record, the announcer will say both unless you get a legal name change. 
    • The announcer will say your complete first name, no shortenings.

  • We are having the Graduation Ceremony at Globe Life Park in Arlington on June 14th at 8pm.


    Still need your Cap and Gown?


    Herff Jones will be open Monday through friday from 10am to 2pm for you to go Pick up your CAP and GOWN.


    If you still need to order and pay for the gown, go to their offices.  They have Cap and Gowns in stock for you to buy and take with you.

  • Attention ALL STUDENTS.  There has been a lot of important information sent to your default BISD email.  If you are not checking this regularly you are going to miss out, especially seniors.


    Begin by logging in to the Single Sign-On Portal at www.birdvilleschools.net.

    Once signed in scroll to the bottom of the "Non-Instructional" Apps.  The last app listed should be Webmail.

    Click on the Webmail box, log in with the same log in and password you just used, choose Central Time (US and Canada), and then Start.


    You will now be able to access all the emails sent to you from the district, and be able to send your own emails.

    CLASS OF 2020: Final Transcript Requests

    We will be using Parchment to send your final transcripts to your future university or college. We can also send to NCAA and scholarship organizations.
