The Richland High School Student Services Team's mission is to engage and encourage students every day through meaningful work in guidance, crisis, and career counseling in a safe and caring environment. Our intent is to lead students on a path toward academic, career and personal/social excellence.

We believe that student success is the result of a collaborative effort among school, parents, and community. Providing ongoing, open, and effective communication among RHS students, parents/families, administration, staff and community is a commitment of RHS Counselors.

When RHS students and parents/families have any question or concern, information and assistance is available by contacting the student's counselor or another member of the Student Services Team. RHS Counselors are eager to assist students and parents/families on their path to excellence.
