The Birdville ISD Board of Trustees was recognized for its leadership and commitment to the students of the District.   

Mid-Cities Christmas Providers was recognized for their longtime support of Birdville ISD students and families. In December 2024, they helped 402 Birdville ISD families, 1,199 children, and 732 adults. This is an increase of 28% over 2023.

Approved the Order of Trustees Election for Saturday, May 3 to fill Places 6 and 7 (currently held by Ralph Kunkel and Kris Drees respectively).   

Approved the kindergarten-Algebra 1 mathematics instructional material. 

Approved budget amendments.

Approved the bids/purchases for: (Funds come from Bond 2022 funds) 

• Lenovo student Chromebooks from Delcom Group;
• Network equipment from Flair Data Systems; and
• Furniture for the Mullendore and Smith elementary schools from multiple vendors. 

Approved the contracts for:  

• Safety fencing for the Richland High School Courtyard from Lee Lewis Construction, Inc.;
• Energy management contract renewal with Cenergistic LLC; and
• Real estate agent services agreement with Howe/Wood and Company. 

Approved amending the Lee Lewis Construction, Inc. contract for safety fencing at Birdville High School.
