Students can visit our Birdville ISD Support Portal to review knowledgebase articles provided by the district's Technology Department.
For students needing technology assistance, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit a ticket by accessing our Technology Support Portal and clicking "Sign In" in the upper right-hand corner.
Students will login using their BISD Portal Username & Password. For assistance in resetting that, please visit here.
2. Once logged in, students will be able to click "New Ticket"
