  • The BISD help desk provides assistance and support for all technology-related matters throughout the district. This includes over the phone remote solutions and escalations for password resets, desktop & laptop support, PrinterLogic, Microsoft Office, Google, mobile devices, smartboards, projectors, phones internet, and network issues.
