A survey conducted by Teenage Research Unlimited, has found that nearly one in three teens who have been in a dating relationship has experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse or threats of physical harm. Almost three out of four teens (71 percent) regard boyfriends/girlfriends spreading rumors about them on cell phones and social networking sites as a serious problem.
