  • BISD Alert - Gas Leak at North Ridge Middle

    9:22 a.m. #BISDAlert - NRH Fire Department has cleared North Ridge Middle for school to resume. All students and staff are safe. | #BISDAlert - A small gas leak was found in a classroom this morning at North Ridge Middle. The gas has been shut off to the room. The school is waiting for the NRH Fire Department to clear the building. Once it is clear, classes will resume as normal. All students and staff are safe.

  • FREE Breakfast and Lunch Beginning Oct. 1

    The USDA has issued a nationwide waiver allowing the Birdville ISD Child Nutrition Department to serve FREE meals to students under the age of 18.   • Richland High School Reveals New Logo and Mascot

    Since 1961, Richland High School has been a pillar of community pride with highly accomplished alumni and a thriving and inspired student body. In spring 2020, Birdville ISD leadership chose to change the school’s mascot to an identity befitting its rich traditions in a modern and relevant way.   • 2020-21 Bus Riders: Health and Safety Update

    With the start of face-to-face instruction in BISD on Sept. 8, parents are encouraged to take and pick up their child(ren) at school each day. If parents are unable to transport their child(ren) to school, and they qualify for bus transportation, the District does provide bus transportation.   • Progress Reports Online Only

    With a mix of face-to-face and online learning, BISD will only post progress reports online in Skyward Family Access for parents/guardians. Campuses will not be printing and sending home paper copies of progress reports. If a paper copy is needed, parents/guardians should contact the campus to request a copy.
