It may be difficult for a group of 200 to all be able to see the front podium when seated in small groups.  See PLC staff to talk through your reservations when selecting your rooms.

This type of reservation requires a block of time for set-up and take down before and after the event.  Please see PLC staff for assistance in ensuring the full amount of time needed is available.
