  • History and Fun Facts of North Oaks Middle School

     

    North Oaks Junior High School (NOJS) was built in 1965, but opened its doors in 1966. NOJS first received AC in the cafeteria in 1977 and the classrooms followed afterwards in 1978. North Oaks changed from a Junior High School to a Middle School sometime in the 90's. 

    North Oaks Middle School is sometimes also referred to as NOMS.
