    What are the duties of a liaison?
    1. Act as a first line of support to assist end-users with troubleshooting hardware and software problems at the campus.
    2. Disseminate important technical information messages (TECH INFO) from TIMS to end-users at the campus via email. 
    3. Assist the campus administrator with inventories of hardware and software when needed.
    4. Serve as a communicator between the campus, ITS, and TIMS.
    5. Open technical service requests (tickets) as needed.
    6. Promote end-user self-help by guiding users towards the Technical Services website.
