Birdville ISD is dedicated to fostering academic excellence across its 31 campuses, proudly serving the communities of Richland Hills, along with parts of Colleyville, Fort Worth, Haltom City, Hurst, North Richland Hills, and Watauga. Community Flyers

Community Flyers (Peachjar)

Birdville ISD uses the Peachjar system to distribute literature and flyers to parents. Approved flyers are delivered directly to parent emails and posted on campus websites. They can also be viewed through the District's mobile app, providing easy access to important community and District information.

NONSCHOOL GROUPS - Community Groups and Outside Organizations

BISD no longer distributes flyers from outside vendors directly to students.
The executive director of Student Services has been designated as the administrator responsible for the review/oversight of the distribution of flyers for nonschool groups.
To submit a request for the electronic posting of a flyer, you must:
• Register online at www.peachjar.com to create a Peachjar account.
• Upload flyer for approval.
BISD will review the content and approve or deny the request based on District Policy.
If there is a cost for the service/activity being posted, such as swim lessons or baseball registration, Peachjar will charge the business posting the flyer $25.00 for each campus website the flyer is posted on (BISD does not receive any proceeds from this fee).
Each posting should have a posting duration period with no posting lasting longer than three months.
