Transition Academy at Birdville (TAB)

This program serves students who have completed the academic credits required for gradutation. These student have  been identified by the Admission, Review and Dismissal meeting and their personal Transition plan to need further training in the areas of independence for  the community participation, daily living skills, and work readiness skills. Emphasis is placed on collaborating with families to identify lifetime resources to support post-graduation needs.
