What advice would you give to another first-year teacher?

"Have the courage to be vulnerable and ask your colleagues questions, so that you can get their advice on how to improve a lesson or how to handle a difficult situation. ... Everyone’s journey looks different. Be proud of yourself and what you’ve accomplished. Believe that you are in the right place, exactly where you need to be, serving the students that you are meant to serve."
