My name is Lisa Walker and I have the privilege of serving as the Principal of Holiday Heights Elementary. This is my twenty fifth year in education and fourth year as the principal of HHE – and I cannot imagine doing anything else.
I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies specializing in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University and a Master of Education degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. I am proud of both schools…however I love wearing my red and black on college t-shirt days!
My husband Dan works for TDIndustries and we have been married for fifteen years. We are proud BISD residents, living in the Richland High School feeder pattern! We are the busy parents of two children; Cole who is twelve and Blakelee who is ten. Cole is a sixth grader at North Richland Middle School and Blakelee is a fifth grader at Holiday Heights this year. We spend most weekends at baseball tournaments, in a movie theater or lounging by our pool. We also love to travel, especially to the beach.
I feel very blessed to be the Principal of Holiday Heights and look forward to continue to work with such a wonderful community of students, parents, and teachers.
