February 5-9, 2018, is Mental Health Awareness Week across the district. This is an initiative of the Counseling Department to shed a positive light on Mental Health. This is just a way for us to help our students gain positive skills that will support their Mental Health. Each day, we will focus on the following specific areas of mental health:
Monday: Know Yourself
Tuesday: Get To Know Others
Wednesday: Communication
Thursday: Manage Your Mood
Friday: Have A Plan
