    What to do: Assist with carnival games, crafts, and inflatables



    The Birthday Party Project

    Friday, November 15th during all lunches

    We will have 15 extra minutes of lunch and have the Gym open for jumbo volleyball for

    anyone who wants to join us (Open to everyone) for just a $1. All proceeds go to the birthday

    project which gives parents who can't afford to throw a birthday party for their kid(s) birthday

    supplies so they can spend their money on gifts for their kid(s). Tickets will be sold on the day of

    the event and we need volunteers. You may go to the event for $1 but we do need people to sell

    tickets with us during 6th and 7th grade lunches.andalso during the 15 minutes we will have teachers

    with us but any other help we can get would be amazing.

    Holiday Magic

    Date: Friday, December 6

    Location: NRH Public Library 9015 Grand Avenue NRH, 76182

    Parking: Volunteers and staff are asked to be dropped off or park at the NRH Library.

    Please allow enough time to park and walk to the library for check-in.

    If being dropped off, it's probably best to be dropped off at the NRH Centre parking lot.

    Check-in: Starts at 5:15 pm – 9:15 pm (event starts at 6 )in the lobby of the NRH Library

    Check-out: At the conclusion of the event, check out will be back at the table in the lobby.

    Volunteers must be checked out to receive hours.

    Expectations: This is a fun event so bring your smile and energy! A lot of families will be in

    attendance and the kids will be excited. When at your volunteer assignment, we ask you to

    be engaged with attendees, please put your phones away and greet everyone with a smile.

      Be part of Holiday Magic. Volunteers are needed to work in Santa's themed crafts and activities for children ages 3 and up.
