    Birdville ISD currently receives funding through Cycles 9 and 10 of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant.  The funding for Cycle 9 is for August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2019.  The funding for Cycle 10 is for August 1, 2018 to July 31, 2021.





    Adult Education and Literacy

     AEL Consortium

     Birdville ISD is a member of the Tarrant County Adult Education and Literacy Consortium and receives funding through the Texas Workforce Commission.  Classes offered through the program include English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Education (including preparation for the High School Equivalency exam), and classes that facilitate the transition to college.  
    Birdville Going Green  
    Birdville ISD received funding from the North Central Texas Council Of Governments through the Materials Management Project grant.   This funding established the first district-wide recycling program in Birdville ISD history.
