The Student Services team led by Dr. Rick Kempe is committed to quality service by providing effective communication and support to the Birdville ISD community.

The Office of Student Services works in coordination with the BISD Leadership Team and campus administration to provide support and assistance to parents, students and community members. 

Some of the areas coordinated by members of the department include:
Student Enrollment and Residency Issues Power of Attorney Proof of Residency
Truancy Conference with truant Students and Parents File charges with the Municipal Courts Make recommendations to Municipal Judges regarding sentencing
Student Discipline Gatekeeper to the District Alternative Education Program Hearing Officer
Coordinate Student Transfers Open Enrollment [tuition-free transfers of resident and non-resident students]
Resolve Parent/Student Complaints Informally Formally as Hearing Officer
Publish, Edit and Distribute Forms Distribution of Literature
Publications Code of Conduct Student Handbooks Required Notifications
