Mike Seale joined BISD as Associate Superintendent for Finance in July 2011. He was employed as chief financial officer in Forney ISD prior to joining BISD. Previously, he was self-employed as a CPA from 2009-2010; chief operating officer at Fort Bend ISD from 2007-2009; and chief operating officer/chief financial officer at Galena Park ISD from 2000-2007. In addition, he has served in various positions from staff accountant to chief financial officer from 1974-1994.

He received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and his master’s degree from Stephen F. Austin University. Seale is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
